Si hablamos de las ventajas de la técnica de trasplante capilar DHI;

Would it be better to begin hair restoration as soon as I start losing my hair or should I wait?
It may be hard for the patients who have receding front hairline or thinning at the crown of the head but no hair loss in other parts to decide to undergo a hair restoration procedure. Apparently, this is an aesthetic surgery. Patients may have aesthetic worries in relation to their receding hairline or balding crown. In such cases there is no need to wait for any further hair loss. A second FUE procedure may still be in the future for the patient. This is one of the best advantages of the FUE procedure. In other words a second procedure can be performed before any further hair loss and the natural-looking hairline is lost. The problem of baldness can be solved with a follow-up hair transplant surgery in coming years.

Your hair on the donor and recipient areas is trimmed. The donor area is definitely trimmed in FUE procedures.

What are post-operative care instructions?
The affected site must be protected against any type of trauma. Patients can prevent formation of edema by lying flat on their back. Due to surgery-related edema, erroneously hairline may seem to have an asymmetrical look, and not properly aligned. The final result of hair transplant surgery will be more evident after at least eight months. Patients are advised not to drive home. At home, patients can start taking their medicines as per the prescription. It is advised to eat light meals after hair restoration surgery. It is also advised to refrain from alcoholic drinks and smoking for at around ten days after hair restoration surgery.
What do I need to do after the crusts have fallen off?
Avoid swimming pools, hamams, saunas, sea, and heavy sports. You should not smoke or drink alcoholic beverages too much. You may use your regular shampoo
Will the hair shed after hair restoration surgery?
Hair shedding can begin anything from three to four weeks after hair restoration surgery. This is called shock loss. In fact, productive follicles are transplanted. These follicles remain under the skin and start producing hair as hair shedding occurs. They start growing nearly three months after the surgery. They do not grow at the same time. Growing density continues nearly five months to eight months, increasing gradually. Conditions such as symmetrical growth, an area became denser before the other, and an area thinner than the other are expected. It will not be fair to make a judgment in this period. One should patiently wait as the final outcome of hair restoration procedure will be more evident after eight months. The scar tissue will become softer, and consequently redistribution and thickening of hair strands will be observed between from eight months to one year after the surgery. In comparison with the eighth month, the look is apparently more natural one year after the surgery. It may be good to wait for around one year to see the natural-looking outcome. A male pattern hair loss is out of question, because they are not affected by the hormone DHT.
